It’s simple — choose your rental date, time, and location, and we’ll take care of everything. Our team delivers, sets up, fills, and preps your plunge for use. After your session or event, we return to break it down and clean it up. You just show up and plunge.

2. What’s included with my rental?

Every rental includes a professional-grade Cold Plunge Tub (black or white), an insulated lid, quick-drain valve, setup instructions, and delivery within our service area. Chiller units are available on select packages.

3. Do I need to provide anything?

Just a nearby water source and access to power (for chiller rentals). For non-chiller plunges, simply add ice and you’re ready to go.

4. How cold does the plunge get?

With our ColdLife™ chiller system, water temperatures can reach as low as 39°F (4°C) and are fully adjustable to your comfort level. For non-chiller setups, temperature depends on the amount of ice added.

5. How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes, depending on location and access to water and power. We’ll coordinate everything in advance to ensure a seamless experience.

6. Is delivery and pickup included?

Yes! All rentals include full delivery, setup, and pickup within our standard service area. Additional fees may apply for extended travel distances.

7. How do I clean or maintain the plunge?

You don’t have to — we handle sanitization, water drainage, and full cleanup after each rental. Every tub is deep-cleaned and disinfected before and after use.

8. Can I rent for multiple days or events?

Absolutely. We offer daily, weekend, and multi-day rental packages for events, hotels, wellness studios, retreats, and more.

9. Is it safe to use a cold plunge?

Yes, when used correctly. Cold plunging can help with recovery, inflammation, and mental clarity. However, individuals with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use.
